微型液压缸位移测量-indu

米铱公司提供的超轻、紧凑结构电感式位移传感器可以用于法兰直径仅7.7mm，活塞杆直径仅2.5mm的微型液压缸。测量的范围可以达到28mm, 但是根据客户需要，量程可以被延长到100mm。

This ultra lightweight, compact sensor is supplied with a flange diameter of 7.7 mm and a rod diameter of 2.5 mm. The linear measuring range is up to 28 mm but this can be extended to 100 mm when measuring the absolute displacement of or in a hydraulic cylinder of a similarly miniature construction.
